What If I Make a Fool of Myself?

Day 17: 1+ hour of exercise, 1600 calories (not good enough!), 215 of carbs (bread, potatoes and sarsaparilla in one day – NOT good!), 4 pints of water and 4 cups of green/herbal tea. Supplements: 1 cod liver oil, 1 glucosamine and 1 multivitamin.

Ever Heard of Low-Impact Jogging?
